Our long-term customer, Aniara Diagnostica, contacted Red Hawk wanting to add a new level of customer service, in real-time, to their e-commerce site. This hands-on approach would provide visitors with immediate assistance while still on their site.
Red Hawk decided to integrate an existing web application provided by LivePerson, and the software LivePerson Pro. This provided the tools necessary to accommodate Aniara on their support needs.
